If you would like to use ReShade, there are pretty clear instructions on the website I linked above on how to run it and how to customize your shaders to make the game look the way you enjoy. This is called a 'preset' and you can share presets with other people so their game can also look exactly like that. You can also save a collection of specific shaders being activated and customised to a file. That's why the screenshot above looks like cutout shades of grey, with the black being the character who is closest to the camera at the time of the screenshot. One of these shaders is DisplayDepth, which puts a flat colour over everything, with the darkness of the colour depending on how far away the object is from your camera. ReShade comes with a list of of different shaders, aka visual filters, that do different things, and you can activate and customise the ones you want.
